You as co-author of EFA's first book of scholarship holders' stories!
Take this unique opportunity to share your vision of the future with us and become a co-author of the first ever co-written book about the European Forum Alpbach. In 2024, EFA is piloting a book format of personal stories from scholarship holders. You can write a chapter reflecting on your moment of truth at the Alpbach seminars, the impact of technology on our lives or how we can build a bold Europe in a healthy world. You can also draw inspiration from the EFA24 arts and culture programme "Inhabit the Future".
Join the book project info session on Monday 19 August at the CCA Herz-Kremenak-Saal or contact the editor Martin Giesswein via the Alpbach App, martin@giesswein.org or on site.
Want to participate but don't know how to write YOUR story?
No worries - we have got you covered: Martin Giesswein, in collaboration with Lucy English and Cassandra McLaughlin (Creative Writing Seminar), will support you with story generation, writing inspiration and creative sparring during the Alpbach Seminar week. Stories must be created and submitted by 8 September 2024.
Your story can be in any style, length or language. The EFA Code of Conduct applies and the project is pro bono.
Together we will create a book as an additional format for our discussions. Let us all be co-authors of our future!
