Club Alpbach Lower Austria was founded in 2001 and has ever since enabled more than 400 scholarship holders to participate at the European Forum Alpbach. In addition to the scholarship program for young people with connections to Lower Austria, the Club is organizing numerous events throughout the year to spread the ‘Spirit of Alpbach’ in the region. These events include discussion-formats with people from science, academia, arts, culture, politics and economy as well as workshops, hikes, charities, sporting events, and excursions.
