She is co-director of Better Way Foundation, a family foundation focusing on climate justice with a gender-inclusive lens. She also co-founded Circles, a series of gatherings curated to promote awareness and dialogue and increase support towards climate and social action. She worked in the philanthropy sector for more than ten years, delivering international projects while working at Ashoka and acting as a strategic advisor to civic participation initiatives in Italy and Europe.
