He is head of a non-profit startup factory of 500 ventures across a network of twelve deep-tech/life sciences labs with a strong affiliation to the Technical University of Munich. Previously he was Senior Partner at BCG, focusing on artificial intelligence and climate action. Gerbert is a physicist and holds a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
