Sylvie Goulard

Goulard is a prominent French politician and economic expert. She currently serves as the President of the German-French Institute (Ludiwgburg, Baden-Württemberg) and Vice President of the Institute for European Policymaking at Bocconi University. In the past, she was Deputy Governor of the Banque de France and also Minister of Defense. Additionally, she was a Member of the European Parliament (ECON committee). She is co-chair of the Franco-British initiative IAPB with the objective of developing biodiversity credits. With her extensive experience and dedication, Goulard plays a significant role in promoting European integration and green finance (climate and nature).
